Project Management

We have the benefit of an in house project manager who can provide client representative services. As part of the service he will assist with each stage of the project. He will provide an overview of the project’s progress against an in depth knowledge of the design, financing, maintenance and management issues required by the project brief. In each case the project management will take ownership of the scheme to provide that personal point of contact for the client and to provide guidance and support for the design and construction team.
