Architecture – a full service is available from inception to hand over. The scope of service is tailor made for each project and individual client. Our team have widespread experience in delivering buildings. We can provide inspirational design combined with technical and construction backup to ensure the delivery of a co-ordinated architectural service.

Interior Design – with over 30 years experience in all aspects of residential, leisure and commercial interior design, our in house design team can provide the highest levels of knowledge and expertise with respect to the latest trends and fashions in all sectors. We can offer our clients a full range of services from initial concept design through to ‘turn key’ procurement and delivery, including branding and bespoke furniture design.

Project Management – we have the benefit of an in house project manager who can provide client representative services. As part of the service he will assist with each stage of the project. He will provide an overview of the project’s progress against an in depth knowledge of the design, financing, maintenance and management issues required by the project brief. In each case the project management will take ownership of the scheme to provide that personal point of contact for the client and to provide guidance and support for the design and construction team.

Sustainable design – we take the impact of our designs on the environment extremely seriously. The office will promote the use of green architecture wherever possible. Whether that be in promoting the use of sustainable energy sources or the specification of green materials and construction techniques or simply reducing and recycling our office waste. We practice what we preach with the recent installation of solar water panels onto one of the Partner’s own home.

Conservation and historic buildings – the team have a wealth of experience from previous practices on working on listed and historic building projects and within conservation areas. We have the ability to bring important buildings back into use by creating sensitive bespoke design solutions. We understand the value assigned to restoration and conservation by local communities and conservation groups and are able to balance those requirements against commercial aspiration to deliver schemes.

Visualisation – We are able to provide full Computer Generated Imagery as an integral part of our architectural or interiors services. We are able to provide key views or animations as part of the service. Projects can also be placed within context photographs to give planners and clients a true sense of what the project will look like when completed. If a scheme requires a more sensitive approach we can also provide a high standard of hand drawn illustrations and perspectives.

Masterplanning – we can provide master planning proposals for residential or mixed use schemes. Our team has a wealth of experience of delivering a range of project sizes through planning and onto site for private individuals, major house builders and developers. We understand the planning, technical and commercial constraints applied to schemes and are able to combine these constraints to deliver a high standard of design.

Furniture design – as either a specialised design service, or part of an evolving interior design concept our combined knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods can be called upon to produce bespoke furniture products to compliment any space.
